On a hot and dry Sunday morning the penultimate race of the winter series was held at Sorel Point. It was obvious from the start that Andy Hull was determined to have the overall result. He was leading from the end of the first lap and continued to set a punishing pace. Rhys Hidrio was holding on to second place until into the third lap when some debris clogged his gears and through the chain off. He never recovered from this and finished 5th Overall but second in class.

Ian Lelai chased but had to settle for a distant second overall and first elite rider. Eric Le Brun took a comfortable win in the Vets race from Simon stead, and also claimed the Championship.

New champions schoolboy George Milner and Helene Mon-Petit also won their races comfortably. But the day belonged to Sport rider Andy Hull with training having paid off the first overall win and the Sport class championship.

The final race will be held on 26th April on the new and demanding course in Greve de Lecq.
