Stage 3, 7:30am 19 April 2003: Individual 25km TT - Start/Finish Five mile road quarry then "Island Games" TT course

Another dry and sunny morning but strong winds made this exposed course very difficult. Pretty cold too, some 10 degrees colder than the previous day.
