Road racing takes place from March to early October, generally on Sunday mornings. From May to August there are evening events on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Tuesday tends to alternate between road racing and time trialling whereas Thursday is track racing at Quennevais. Start time for all evening events is 6:45pm.

For the ladies section, there are standards for 5, 10, 25 miles and 15km time trials. Bronze, Silver and Gold targets are set which are dependent on age. The times are aimed at Jersey courses.

For Road Racing, events are generally spilt into two sections, senior men and vets/ladies/juniors although some events are handicapped on ability which gives everyone a chance to finish at the head of the field. Evening track events are run in divisions; 1, 2 and 3 dependent on ability rather than age so again, these tend to be very competitive.
