It is with deep sadness that we have to report that Norman Clayton died on Friday 18 May 2007 after a long illness fought with great courage. Until his illness, Norman was one of the club's most active members competing in most of its events and master of the the club runs, particularly the winter Sunday runs which became known as Norman's Mystery Tours. Even when his riding days became fewer, Norman continued to support the club and its members, helping at many events and always at the café in good humour. He will be greatly missed by us all.
